For complete customer satisfaction, Signature BSL^® flooring comes with a 25-years extended residential warranty.

Signature BSL^® flooring will be replaced or repaired if it presents any manufacturing or sorting defects. The warranty also applies to imperfections in the application of the stain and finish.

Our flooring is coated with UV aluminum-oxide and specially-processed polymerized oligomer finishes and is so long-lasting that we do not hesitate to offer a twenty-five (25) years residential warranty against flaking, peeling or premature wear.
